When we have a packdged deal(s) available based your criteria, it will be sent to you via e-mail.
The Email will contain a list of the key points of the deal, such as;
Please note that all property deals through us, you will be sent a reservation form with T&C's to reserve your deal.
If we are agreed that the property is a suitable investment for you and you wish to continue we will send over terms of sale reservation contract and payment requirements for reservation, exchange and completion.
Once the terms of sale has been agreed and that the invoice has been paid, we will disclose full property details, address, pictures and so on.
We willmake all relevant introductions with key stakeholders (brokers, conveyancers, and necessary trades people). Then the purchase process for the property will continue as a normal sale.
If for whatever reason you no longer wish to go ahead with the purchase of the property within the 14 day period you can apply for a refund minus a booking fee, and you can walk away from the deal.
However you will not be able to request a refund after this 14 day period has ended you will not be entitled to a refund.If the purchase of the property falls through out of no fault of your own, for example the vendor no longer wishing to sell, we will find you a similar property as a replacement.
